Since January 21th, 2005, Saint Barth Commuter has obtained agreement Part 129 Operations Specifications N° UXOFO89F to operate flights between the French territory and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. However we have to specify that the passengers who travel between a French territory and these islands must hold a U.S. VISA if they are not American citizens.
