For each passenger:
First and last names - date of birth - dates of travel and ways - connection and schedules – information specifics – phone/fax numbers and email address – local contact in St. Barth

Example:
GREAUX Thierry Henry – date of birth 01/02/1980 – going from Sint Marteen to St Barth on 01/02/06 and returning from St Barth to Sint Marteen on 10/02/06 – arrival 01/02/06 by the flight Air France 488 at 2:55 p.m. in Sint Marteen and departure 10/02/06 by the flight Air France 489 at 5:15 p.m. from Sint Marteen. Specific information : passenger with reduced mobility. Local contact in St Barth : Hotel Isle de France.

Once the form filled in and transmitted by email, according to availability, we will return to you a contract of carriage including : transport conditions, credit card debit authorization to fill in and the cancellation policy.  You will have to check and approve the terms and conditions of the contract.

The confirmation will be effective only with the reception of your credit card debit authorization duly filled in and signed. We will debit your credit card and issue your ticket. This electronic ticket will be send to you by email.
Your file is then confirmed and definitive. It is not necessary to reconfirm your reservation.
