The owners, Maryse and Stephan, welcome you with simplicity and elegance which characterize Fleur de Lune. A evening drink with local products degustation, the opportunity to enjoy a creole dinner prepared by the talentuous Maryse, breakfast ... such moments of sharing which make you feel " home sweet home" in St Barth's.

Salines is one of the most preserved area of St Barth. Far from the noise, traffic, shopping, you can enjoy 4 restaurants and one of the most beautiful beach of the island. A wide white sand beach, turquoise water, and... you to enjoy.

FREEDOM Cottage

Freedom is a comfortable and spacious cottage decorated with elegance and sobritey. Home sweet home in St Barth's, you will enjoy this heaven of peace in Salines. And to relax at the end of your day, the private jacuzzi is welcoming you. Kitchen is located on the terrasse surrounded by flowers and nature.

LA CASE Cottage

Solid as a rock, pure, simple and authentic as the island, La case is the name given to a traditional Saint Barts house. Our ‘La Case ‘ combines this authenticity with a modernity brought on by soft, warm tones. Practical, functional and shaded, 'La Case' has an independent terrace and a fully equipped kitchenette.

KAZ A SUCRE Cottage

"KAZ A SUCRE" is a cottage with spa, shaded terrasse surrounded by vegetation, a peaceful place. Charming and decorated with harmony, Cottage "KAZ A SUCRE" will inspire you for relaxation.

COLIBRI room

The ‘Colibri’ Room has a romantic Caribbean style with a four-poster bed and mosquito net. It is spacious and modern with a bathroom made from Saint Barts beach pebbles.

SUCRIER room

The ‘Sucrier’ Room offers a combination of charm and harmony, with a warm welcome and personal service - simple and convivial. The room is modern and functional. - and is a reasonably priced place for your stay on Saint Barts. A communal kitchen with fridge is at your disposal (shared with the Colibri Room), next to the swimming pool and sun terrace.

Table d'hotes

    You can begin you day with the breakfast every morning served around the swimmingpool. For dinner, with reservation, Maryse can prepare you a wonderful creole dinner with local fresh products ( fish, lobsters, colombo). Rich in color and spice, evening dinner parties are arranged regularly for good conversation, humor and friendship.

    Once a week, a drink is offered with a tasting of local products.
